The SR4-SB31 is an all in one hardware RAID solution that embeds the JMB394 RAID controller chipset that require no extra cards. It is economical and efficient RAID storage, that can be easily connected to a computer, completed the installation and switched the RAID mode levels based on needs.

The newly exterior of SR4-SB31+ is designed with the touch button for power and setting function for the user friendly. Firstly User just need to turn on the power switch on the backplane and can touch power on and off the device for ease use at all the times.

 

It also has the special design on the power-off mode to avoid the users accidentally touch the power and the device shut down immediately. All features make SR4-SB31+ is not only a more safety product but also has the elegant outlook.

The SR4-SB31+ supports USB 3.2 Protocol which gives you an up to 3Gbps data transfer rate. You could easily use it for storage data and editing your huge photo galleries directly from your Macbook Pro (Type-C) from its easy and friendly to use features.

 

The Type-C connector provides 24W (12V/2A) / 18W (9V/2A) / 15W ( 5V/3A ) USB Power Delivery (PD) that can charging the notebook and mobile phone when data been accessing. SR4-SB31+ also provides one DP 1.1a DisplayPort for 2nd monitor expansion.

RAID 5 for data safety & RAID 0 for high-speed performance
 

SR4-SB31+ provides two storage options of RAID 5 or RAID 0. With RAID 5, a user will have the maximum protection of his/her data with allowance for a single drive failure but yet all data will be kept intact. In the RAID 0 mode, a user will have the benefit of a single massive volume for storage with high I/O speed, with sets of data being striped across the four enclosed drives.

 

USB 3.2 & eSATA interfaces for Mac & PC

 
With high-speed 3G e-SATA and USB 3.2 Type-C interfaces, the SR4-SB31+ can be used in both Mac & PC environments providing great convenience and flexibility.

The SR4-SB31+ is equipped with RAID 0 / RAID 5 / JBOD storage mode. Users can attain up to 250MB/s transmission data speed with USB 3.2 Type-C interface connected to Mac Pro Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C). Whether it is used for searching and editing photo galleries, or for video editing and synthesis, the SR4-SB31+ promises smooth and easy operation.

The new SR4-SB31+ support the USB Type-C interface, which is based on the USB 3.2 specification, is designed to be identical in appearance. This means that users could easily insert any sides of USB cable without distinguish connector of the front or rear side.

SR4-SB31+ is a 4-bay chassis provides you the big storage capacity and supports any kind of disk capability of 3.5" and 2.5" SATA/SSD HDD products. It is designed with strong aluminum extrusion and chassis provides an excellent protection for your storage disks that you could fully rely on it for professional creative or mobility heavy works. 

Tough and durable shielding body

The SR4-SB31+ has a seamless 4.0 mm thick all-aluminum housing that is rugged enough to withstand the most demanding of use. With aluminum body, the system dissipates heat faster for a greater stability and performance that also extends the lives of the drives.

 

Low noise fan design with fast heat dissipation

 

The new SR4-SB31+ has a built-in low-noise fan, to allows the device to quickly dissipate heat without affecting the transmission perofrmance. You could manually adjust fan switch on the rear.

 

In addition, if the fan fails or the device temperature is too high, the buzzer will beep and let the user know that the device has failed. The user can turn off or turn on the buzzer through the mute adjustment switch on the back panel.

Compact and portable too

 
For field editing applications, the SR4-B31+  can be made portable as it comes with a grip handle, which you can choose to install for making creative contents mobile convenient and less bulky.
