How to install driver and MSU of your product into the macOS Catalina (10.15.x)

1. MSU

• We provide a beta version of MSU for Catalina now, please download it from our website as below.

Note: The known issue of the MSU (Beta), any operation need to wait 30sec for response.

2. Driver

• If your Macs are sold with macOS Catalina, or the driver cannot be installed after the macOS is updated to Catalina, please install the driver under SIP (System Integrity Protection) disabled status.

• Follow the steps to disable SIP

Step 1. Restart your Mac.

Step 2. Before macOS starts up, press and hold the "Command" and "R" keys until you see the Apple icon and progress bar. Then released, it boots into Recovery mode.

Step 3. From the "Utilities" menu, select "Terminal.

Step 4. At the "Terminal" window prompt, please type "csrutil disable" and press "Enter".

Step 5. Terminal should display a message that SIP was disabled.

Step 6. From the menu, select Restart.

Step 7. Please install driver when Mac is ready

Note: You can re-enable SIP by the above steps (1-6). At Step 4, please type "csrutil enable" instead.
