The SOHORAID SR5 is a five drive RAID storage system with self -configurable RAID level based on user’s preferences. It provides optional RAID levels of RAID 0, 1, 0+1, 3, 5 and 6 with RAID level 6 being the most fault-tolerant and safe of all RAID levels allowing up to two drive failures but still keeping all data contained completely intact to give you a piece of mind while you work.

Great cooling system for reliable drive operation
Although compact, the SR5 supplies sufficient cooling with ventilation openings located at the front as well as the bottom of the unit and including one built in 9cm cooling fan at rear to continuously draw the internal heat out of the system for the five drives to operate comfortably and reliably. Moreover; the unit monitors the unit for overheating which the alarm will sound when exceeding over 60°C in temperature. |
